TEST SCORING DETAIL
A players RFIQ score is determined through a combination of a players test accuracy and time.
Accuracy Component.
Scoring is based on a 100 point test consisting of 3 separate tests; Test 1 has 20 questions and Test 2 and 3 both have 10 questions. For Test 1 each question is worth 5 points toward the player’s total RFIQ, in tests 2 and 3 each question is worth 10 points towards the player’s total RFIQ.
Time Component.
Each player starts each test with a possible 45 point bonus for time. If the test 1 is completed in less than 8 minutes, the player is awarded the full 45 points toward their total RFIQ score. For every minute under 8 minutes they are awarded an additional 3 points. After 8 minutes the player loses 3 points per minute until they have a 0 point time bonus. In tests 2 and 3, if the player completes the tests in 4 minutes, the player is awarded the full 45 points toward their total RFIQ score. For every minute under 4 minutes they are awarded an additional 6 points. After 4 minutes the player loses 6 points per minute until they have a 0 point time bonus
Computing a Players RFIQ.
A players RFIQ score is calculated by adding the total points earned for accuracy and time for a total RFIQ score. A player will receive a RFIQ score for each test taken. Those scores will be averaged to give the player a total average RFIQ score. This total score that will be used in calculating rankings.
A player must complete all 3 tests to be eligible to win the RFIQ Grand Prize. In the case in which two players have the same score, the player who had a greater accuracy score will win. In the case that the accuracy score is the same, the player with the quickest time will be the winner. If there is a tie for the highest RFIQ, one name will be picked at random from that group of individuals with the highest score at the conclusion of the contest period.
